The following is this year’s 2010 uniform payment policy.
- Used pieces will be sold for half of the new price.
- If you are buying from someone currently on the team and you have sufficient funds in your family account you may pay within the family account system.
- If you are buying used from someone no longer on the team or you do not have sufficient funds in your family account you must pay the seller directly.
- If you are buying new you can charge it to your family account. If you currently have funds to cover the order it will be deducted. If you do not have enough currently, but plan on fundraising during the season a debit may be carried until December at which time your account must be settled.
- After everyone has accepted the used pieces I will give each family a “bill”. It will tell you who you owe and how much and who owes you. I will try to get with Debbie to let you know if account transfers are possible or not.
