Mark your calendars now! Our banquet is going to be FRIDAY MAY 2. The banquet is a time to recognize the gymnasts for all of their hard work throughout the season. Gymnasts and their families are welcome. After the formal banquet is over, the gymnasts are invited to stay for an overnight at the Y! More details will be coming soon!
Also, on April 6 from 12-2 we are having an OPEN GYM! It is $10 per gymnast. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Annual Support Campaign. Show up, get some extra practice, have fun, and give someone else the opportunity to enjoy gymnastics classes or even be a part of our team!
Thanks!

Championships!
After 6 sessions and 188 routines, championships are finally over! It was lots of fun and the girls all did really well!
Many of the girls had some of their best individual performances of the year! Congrats! For level 3's, this was their last competition of the season, but for level 4's and up they still have zones and Nationals.
Thanks to Kim Hinkle for making the zebra headbands for all of the girls! They looked awesome! Also, thanks to Stephanie Haarlammert for making the scarves! The girls loved them! Thanks to Tricia Andersen for getting the animal crackers for the girls. It was a great idea!
Thanks to all of the parents who have been coming in and either helping set up or break down. We do notice and appreciate your extra effort and it does make a difference! Thanks you!
*Just as a heads up, a e-mail will be coming out in the next couple of weeks asking for pictures from this season to use at the end of the year banquet. The goal is going to be to have a folder on dropbox that you can just put them in and I'll get them from there. However, you can also e-mail them (pcygymnast@gmail.com) to me or give them to me on a flash drive or CD (put your last name on these if you want them back). The more pictures the merrier! Thanks!

End of a great season!
Our last regular season meet is officially over! Now there's only districts, regionals, and nationals! Hopefully everyone has had a fun season and feels prepared for the last few upcoming competitions:) Sometimes it's hard to see progress in the moment, but look back to our first meet of the season and there is a dramatic difference! Everyone has been working hard. Keep it up!
A couple things to keep in mind
Pictures from Kettering are on facebook and will be on the website hopefully by tonight;)
- Districts- ALL level 3's and up compete. This is not a qualifying meet
- Regionals- Level 4 and up ONLY (27.0 AA at two competitions this season)
- Nationals- Level 4 and up ONLY (31.0AA Level 5 and up, 32.0AA Level 4)
A couple things to keep in mind
- If your daughter needs to leave early or arrive late, you must let Kristin know before practice OR send a written note in with your daughter
- At competitions, ALL gymnasts are required to stay the entire time (until the end of team awards) unless you have previously talked to Kristin. We only have a few meets left, so do your best to make sure your gymnasts is there for the entire competition/awards. We realize life happens, but make your best effort;)
